This website is operated by DJ Static, based in Griffith, NSW. Privacy questions can be sent to freddie_moala@hotel.com or raised by phone on 0427 963 699.
Information collected
Booking, wedding quote and contact forms may collect your name, email, phone number, event type, date, location, attendance, music preferences and other details you choose to provide. Static Assistant may collect the conversation and booking details you enter. Technical security data, such as an IP-derived request identifier, may be processed to prevent abuse.
Why it is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, check availability, prepare quotes, plan event services, send confirmations, provide support, prevent abuse and maintain website security. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking.
Service providers
Supabase provides database and authentication services, Vercel hosts the application and provides privacy-conscious site analytics when deployed there, Resend delivers email when configured, OpenAI powers Static Assistant when enabled, and Meta supplies public Facebook media when that feature is enabled. Each provider handles only the information required for its role.
Payments and merchandise
The merchandise shop and payment checkout are not currently available. This policy will be updated before online orders are accepted.
Cookies and analytics
Essential browser storage may support security and interface state. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights may measure aggregate page use and performance on the deployed site. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages and event addresses must not be included in analytics events.
Retention and disclosure
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably required to respond, provide agreed services, maintain business and security records, and meet legal obligations. A final written retention schedule is still to be adopted. Information is not sold. It may be disclosed when required by law or to the service providers described above.
Access, correction and deletion
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information by contacting freddie_moala@hotel.com. Requests may be limited where information must be retained for legal, accounting, dispute or security purposes.
