Website use
The website provides general information about DJ services. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or reproduce protected branding, photography or artwork without permission.
Enquiries and quotes
A form submission, assistant conversation, calendar selection or indicative wedding estimate does not confirm a booking. A booking exists only after DJ Static provides written confirmation and the parties accept the applicable booking terms. Wedding package prices are shown in Australian dollars excluding GST. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately.
Event requirements
Package guest ranges guide the sound system required for the room; they are not automatic venue-capacity guarantees. Venue access, power, setup space, event timing and equipment requirements must be confirmed before a booking is finalised. Pyrotechnics require separate assessment, venue approval, qualified suppliers and compliance with applicable laws.
Cancellations, rescheduling and force majeure
Deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, travel and force-majeure terms will be provided in the written booking agreement. No universal policy is represented on this website because these terms have not yet been confirmed by the business.
Merchandise
Online merchandise ordering is not currently available. Shipping, returns and Australian Consumer Law information will be published before commerce is enabled.
Intellectual property and liability
DJ Static branding and original site content remain protected. Supplied event artwork belongs to its respective rights holders. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
